    Trinity Parkway closed today so we came here. Long line moves exceptionally fast and the security guard is top notch. Clean bank with fine people.

    Great customer service here. The staff always help me out with anything I need. Sometimes I've been really frustrated with account issues I was dealing with, and even if I lost my cool a little bit they always handled the situation calmly and were able to get everything resolved even if it took a little longer than I thought it would.

    Staff is helpful and professional. I do my banking at this location even though there is a branch around the corner from me. Bankers are very knowledgeable and the tellers always smile and are super friendly. I refuse to go anywhere else. They take care of even my smallest concerns.
