Giving it two stars because even though I didn't get much help from either employees I found the shoes I was looking for. Just under a different name. But again I feel customer service could have been better.
My favorite place to get shoes. Super comfortable and they have a buy one, get one 50% off sale all the time. Just got two pairs of boots for $100. They also have work boots, steel and composite toe, non slip, running shoes. All kinds. Super good deal and some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn
Markdowns don't show up when you go pay. 3 of the pairs I bought were marked $3 - $15 off more than they rung up. They said everything was buy one get one 60% off even clearance when I walked in but turns out if it's less than $20 it's not. It is a headache to try and figure out what you will pay. The store is organized and has good selection but I rather shop at famous footwear where I know how much I will pay.
I needed some comfy shoes and they took care of me.
Girls behind desk were very rude ! Never going to shop there again !
