Not very pleased with their Estimated time for putting 7 new tires on rims and installing 6 on my 1ton Ford F350 Dually. Got there before my 12:30 appointment, asked about time told 11/2 hours. Got out of there @ 3:30, isn't that 3 hours??? Good to have All New Tires, including spare. Going on a little drive on Friday
Technician figured out a problem caused by a Jiffy Lube tire rotation. Loose lug nut! Thanks Les Schwab! And then no charge! Awesome tech and service!
Very spacious lobby area was the first thing i noticed when i opened the door. The lady who tended to me once i came in, was very knowledgeable and after u saw her tend to a couple of customers after me, i got the impression she could run the whole shop by herself! Of course,.there needs to be other workers but she she sure did know her stuff! Great place to go to get your tires checked!
Chris is always, very polite and helpful. He always greats you as you're walking through the door. As a female it 8s of gratitude comfort walking through the doors, you know you're going to walk out with a safe vehicle. Thanks Chris!!
