    They do a great job! Local owned, replaced my monthly pass with no issues when I got a new windshield. Gets my car clean on a weekly basis and they always do a great job drying it.

    Big sponge does as good as other places and prices are a little less and free vacuuming.

    Usually have a great experience and staff is very friendly. Today around 1:30 I drove my pickup through the car wash, and at the end the girl that was drying only did my windows, no sides, nothing. When I asked her about it she said, ‘ I only have to do windows’. I’ve been going here since you opened, and have always had the whole vehicle dried off. Not a great experience today.

    What I love about big sponge is that they hand dry your car at the end to remove any extra water that might leave spots. And they’re friendly too
