If I could I'd rate a zero. Worst experience ever. Had an appointment at 9 with Matty which I showed up but she told me to come back at 12 cause she over booked so I did. She was alone and said she only does one or two people at a time but when she was doing mine she was doing three others as well. Matty ended up doing a horrible job on my hair and got mad at me when I told her i wasn't happy with it, and then threatened me. Told me the only way I was leaving the shop was if she cut all my hair off. I was wanting her to just fix her mistake but she refused. She just wanted to get paid and for me to leave without her fixing it. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have witness to confirm what I'm saying is all true on top of the pictures. I will never go back!! & Don't recommend!!
