Found the perfect wall panels. They look like real brick. My kitchen is going to be amazing now.
Today I experienced the worst customer service from a big chain home improvement store. I bought almost $1500 in home improvement goods and it literally took them two hours to get my order fulfilled. I requested customer service in three occasions just to have no one show up. No customer service was visible in the PRO customer section of the store. Even when I talked to a lady named Ms. Brooke, she seemed to have trouble finding someone to fulfilled my order. At the end, I was within 5 minutes from returning all the items from the order. I felt that they were begging me to not spend my money there. Next, time I would think twice before stepping inside Lowe’s again. I’ll stop first at the Home Depot around the corner and leave this mismanaged store as a last resort option.
