Great service. Everything done right to my standards. I used to think this. Untill this Burger King on 190 Porterville. Now I do not even want to go to this one ever again. I like my sandwich my way. And this restaurant can not seem to get it right. Ever. You can't say no on some items and heavy on other items. Because the end results according to them is heavy on everything So I now get to starve. Corporate cant even except a call because this restaurant does not answer the phone ever. So I get no closer.
My son and I go here a lot. The prices are good and the staff are great. The place stays clean and the food is good
We pulled up to what seemed like a short line thinking things would go by quickly as only 2 people were ahead of us and they had already ordered. We sat for 20 minutes without any of the cars moving. Then we finally ordered and got to the window and paid. Then waited another 15 minutes or at the window for our food, we didn't even order a lot. Then when we finally got our food they didn't even give us our full order, our fries were missing.
Everytime I ask for a fry instead of cookie bc I dont want my daughter to have the cookie they dont listen. Do better burger king
Got the kids out of the house for a bit. They had fun here
