Horrible bank! ATM drive thru machine never work! Online app is out of date. Saturday and Sunday bank is closed. Customer service phone lines close early. Long time faithful customer, but will be switching banks.
Great bank, terrible customer service. Berenice helped me, made me feel uncomfortable as if I was a burden. I asked for checks and she literally ignored me and said I didn’t need them. Have been there numerous times, I will be avoiding her, she needs coaching with her people skills and customer service. I will take my service to other locations. Terrible experience.
Good bank good ladies inside but they do have some strict policies on stuff so read your handbook
Bank Of The Sierra Is growing and expanding across California it is such an amazing place to bank with, don't know why anybody would chose any other bank to bank with, they've got Tottaly Free Checking!!!! And they also give you a cool gifts for opening accounts I received I really nice bluetooth speaker and friend of mine a got a fit bit anyway amazing customer service and great bank would recommend to anybody!!! " THIER TAKING OVER ONE BANK @ TIME"!!!!
