I had been looking for a Scion xB for what seemed like months. I wanted a 2015, in Black, with about 50k miles, and at a fair price. I finally found it at Chris Beck Motor Cars Inc. After going through the initial financing process my credit union informed they wouldn't be able to proceed without the title. Chris had warned me that this might be the case, but promised that'd he'd hold the car for me until the title had been transferred. He kept me posted with regular status updates, had the car registered and serviced, threw on a new set of tires, and when the title arrived and the financing was finalized, he delivered my new Scion xB to me in the Bay Area, over 3 hours away. Along the way the windshield was chipped. He pointed it out first thing and offered to pay for the replacement. Had Chris not pointed out the chip, I probably wouldn't have even noticed at first. That's just the kind of guy he is. Through circumstances out of our control, the process of buying this vehicle was a bit of a winding road. Chris Beck Motor Cars Inc did everything possible to make that road as smooth as possible. I couldn't be happier with the service and absolutely love my new Scion xB. Chris Beck has been honest, communicative, and accommodating throughout this process. The customer service he provides is second to none.
