    They forgot to add on a medium fry that was confirmed in the drive-thru 3 times. When I got my food is when I noticed that it wasn't there and I was still at the window. I asked them to add it and I didn't mind paying for it obviously, and they told me I would need to go all the way back around the long line to order. I asked to speak to the manager and they let me know what an inconvenience it was for them but took my card and had me park. They then brought my card out to me and my fries. As I'm also a general manager of a popular fast food chain, do better. That isn't how you treat people.
