    Slow service I guess I didn't look rich enough. I ask for help and was told to look around then let them know what I liked. I looked, it's all very expensive and I found some tile at Lowes.

    Good selection and fairly impressive showroom. Their customer service, organization and expertise is very poor. Customer service - slow to come to the counter (because they were socializing/flirting with other staff), not professional (eating lunch while helping us. They were not busy) Organization - We had to call multiple times to find out if our order had arrived. It took them forever to pull it even when we called ahead. Expertise - We asked for order quantities based on the measurements we gave to them. They told us how many boxes to order. Unfortunately, for us, they recommended way to much and then would not let us return the product we did not use.

    The showroom is quite large and they have a nice selection. The personnel are very personable as well. We were looking for back splash tile and found the perfect color.
