    My mother and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for over 2 months after a house fire. The location is convenient to the freeway, dining and the mall and it's clean and well staffed. The beds are like sleeping on clouds :-) and our handicap room was spacious and fitted with safety rails and a fold down seat in the bathtub. The staff really is what makes this place great. I got to know many of them on a first name basis as they are the friendliest people around. From the management, desk clerks, housekeeping and maintenance. I always left with a smile on my face! I also appreciated how nice they were about activating a new card everytime I forgot mine :-/ When we left I received so many hugs, well wishes and requests for me to stop in and say "hi" if I was in the area again. (We moved out of state). I can't promise you'll have the same experience as me but I can promise you'll have a good stay. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. I'll pop in once I'm in town again!

    This is my favorite hotel in town. Always clean, quiet, and the staff is very nice, welcoming and accommodating! I have been booking this hotel for the past year now and I haven’t received anything else but great service! The hotel is located conveniently with the mall, freeway, different food places close by, and not to mention, it is located across the street from Boomers! You get more than what you pay for so I am never disappointed! Always looking forward to staying here. Thank you for providing a clean and safe place for your guests.

    After checking in, I went to the elevator and the laundry door was left open, here is a housekeeper picking her nose while she is watching me, no worry in the world, casually pushing her finger in her nose then took it out when she watched me, a few seconds later it was in her nose again.....while she waits for the dryer to be done. When I walked by again she was folding laundry, did she wash her hands who knows? I complained and the manager did call to apologize and stated they initiated corrective actions? I have been a member of IHG for 22 years but this time I really feel I do not think the individual hotels really care about the clean promise cards and signs they put up. Disgusting habits of that specific housekeeper.

    The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast crew. Would definitely stay here again!

    Beautiful hotel. Super friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Everything was wonderful. Including the breakfast. I was very very happy with our stay.
