I had a very positive experience here with a car repair that was fraught with problems caused by the manufacturer. Basically the car was a lemon. Staff here went the extra mile providing honest useful advice and dealing with difficult repairs. Thank you.

These guys provide really a very bad service. They provide false promisses to costumers regarding the returning date. I rely on my car and every day without a car I loose money. They promised me that my car will be ready with in maximal 10 business days. Now, they deferred me already the third time to the next day promissing that the car will be ready to pick-up. They promised me to call me at about 1 pm, but each time, I have to call them about the status of my car. I am really annoyed by them and I recommend everybody to avoid using the service of this company!
Please be aware that they do no appear to actually repair vehicles at this location. They are outsourced and sent to other locations. It seems to be a servicing centre. I took the car in there on an insurance claim with damage to the side view mirror and minor damage to two panels.The car was driveable and roadworthy. The assessor assured me that the necessary parts were in stock and it would be fixed in 7-10 days.The following Monday I rang for a progress report and was advised that it was due for completion on Friday but may be ready a few days earlier. On the Friday, they stopped answering the phone so I went in. Luke rang another workshop and advised that the work was complete. It needed to be buffed and washed, then undergo quality check. They would then collect it and do another quality check. Hopefully, it would be ready for collection that afternoon.3pm that afternoon, I made several calls, no answer. Left a message, no answer. It is now Monday and still no car. I have been told it is in quality control and should be ready this afternoon. It is now two weeks since it was put in for minor repairs and I’m still waiting.
