    I’ve been training with Ben for 9 years and he is a fantastic trainer who looks after every clients individual needs. He is very focused on helping people achieve their goals. I have never been in better shape. I feel strong, confident and happy every time I train with him 💯💪🏼

    I am lucky that my even though my PT is my husband he still manages to help me reach my health and fitness goals 😃 Ben has helped me get my fitness back after having my first child and I now feel even stronger than before. I know I sound bias but he is honestly the most technical trainer I have ever worked with!
