So very fortunate to have found the amazing Courtney Solomon and her beautiful studio. After a total knee replacement in November I started training with Courtney twice a week. Only a few short months down my recovery path, my new knee is better than ever! Courtney’s wealth of knowledge in all things Pilates, along with her experience, passion and enthusiasm has allowed me to progress in leaps and bounds. Working to rebuild the muscles around my knee and core has resulted in back to normal function and stability of my knee. My orthopedic surgeon was amazed at my progress 👍 I can now enjoy walking many kilometers pain free, compared to a few meters Working towards a game of golf again soon. Highly recommend Courtney for 1x1 Pilates - especially during this lockdown period! Post having a baby she has helped me achieve all my physical goals - I did complain a lot at times and she still put up with me a few times a week - and it was so worth it and was always fun while being challenging. She made the sessions specific to me, and the outdoor environment to abide by the Covid rules was actually completely fine and really enjoyable. Thank you Courtney!
It's a shame you can't rate more than 5 stars - can't recommend Courtney enough! I originally started Pilates as post-op rehabilitation for my ACL reconstruction, but after feeling the difference in my strength and mobility from working with Courtney, i've continued ever since. Highly recommend - holds a great conversation too!
