I am so so grateful that I finally got the balls to sign up to CSM. I had never done any other fitness apart from basic weight lifting & cardio, so I was pretty nervous to try something new. I’ve been here for a bit over a month now and not only do I feel stronger & fitter, my mental focus has completed shifted into such a better state. The support from Dave and the CSM team has been amazing with guidance on training, performing each exercise properly & helping fix up my diet. Highly recommend this gym to everyone! 🙌🏼
This gym has an amazing community and I felt at home very quickly here. Dave and his coaching team at CSM are fantastic. CSM are focused on performance, but also on training sustainably for the long term. When I train here, I know I'm not going to get hurt and that I'll be able to continue training here for decades to come. Whether you've been to many gyms or this is your first time setting foot in one, CSM is a gym you can count on to improve your fitness safely and in a great community.

I've been at the gym a little over a month now and I can honestly and happily say that Dave has changed my life for the better. I feel empowered, STRONG and motivated. Cannot recommend and praise more. Awesome community and the encouragement to do more and support each session is next level!
