    I dropped off a vintage wool rug that was a gift of my grandmother. It was dusty, soiled, and had been in storage for ages. When I picked it up, the color was so vibrant and the texture was so soft. Thank you to the staff here for refreshing this beautiful hand-woven piece. Thank you!! ☺️

    I’m begging you to AVOID this place at all costs. They are liars and will lose your most expensive items without any explanation. I brought my $700 leather jacket along with my girlfriends Carolina Herrera $600 sweater to get cleaned, and they “lost it”. I went in and patiently waited while they looked for our items. When they could t find them, i told them i would give them a week to find it. A week later, they still don’t have the jacket. I literally jumped over the counter and looked through every piece of clothing they had in that dump. I finally found my jacket and my girlfriends sweater on some random rack that was segregated from everything else. The idiot at the front desk is brain dead and has zero concept of customer service. His only response to losing my items was “sorry I can’t find them”. How about you look a little harder you moron? I found it in 3 minutes. I beg you DO NOT COME HERE. You will regret it
