    Terrible customer service. reserved seats 24 hours prior to my flight to Moscow on line and when got to LAX , Turkish looking dude, said airplane was half full, let me switch you to exit seat row (extra leg room apparently), I said alright lets try, in a minute he said there is only mid section with kids front row available , not the window, duh!??While he was changing he said my seat, the one I reserved 24 hours prior was already given to some one else. What a unprofessional customer service, waste of my time . I wonder when Aeroflot will change the system? Not sure if would fly again with this airline.
