    Normally Kanji dish is superb. But today it was terrible. The seaweed was chewy like rubber. I couldn't break it with my teeth. The crab meat was different too. like it was finely minced in water. no flavour & texture was bad. Not sure what's happened. web site not working & no email hence this

    Kanji Sushi is the best Sushi I have every had.It is always fresh, cooked under 10 minutes never pre made always fresh. I hope Kanji never closes down if it does I don’t know what Sushi too eat. I love this Sushi and I hope you will too

    I used to catch a train when I was in high school to get to this place. Subtle balance of fresh sushi and special rolls with sauces.
