    Have used this post office several times recently. I can't say I have been impressed by the service or experience. Parking is abysmal here at all hours so I spend a good 10 minutes getting a park. Staff aren't the friendliest, handed me the wrong packages and ripped up the wrong missed delivery slips. Staff also don't seem to understand how the Australia Post app works which makes communicating where my packages are more difficult than it has to be. Personally I would use the Taren Point 'Business Hub' or just head over to Gymea LPO. Both are better alternatives.

    Absolutely disgusting service by the woman that sits in the office running the show! My elderly mother was treated so badly by her non empathetic lack of Customer service if you call it that! Only go if you have to!

    I love the early pick up that this store offers. I have been able to pick up deliveries before work on many occasions.

    Drivers don’t attempt to deliver parcels. They just take it straight to the post office.
