    Terrible. I purchased 4 gift cards over the holiday season and every single one was not usable. Terrible customer service that just pons you off onto the next customer service rep and no one actually helps. What a waste of time and money and terribly embarrassing and infuriating when you give them as gifts just to have them not work. Terrible company and will never use again.
