    Sometimes helpful staff. This is the only post office that has given me trouble over a full box for flat rate shipping. They say it can’t have any bulk, even if the flaps are a little lifted. Charged me $30 for a $15 flat rate box. So strange and never had this problem at any other post offices in sac.

    I love this Post Office. The team there are helpful, patient and kind. I'm here weekly with an obvious amount of packages to ship and they always make the visit productive and quick.
