The manager he don’t know what the rules in the bank and the employee is not professional either they don’t know how to respect people and how to work with big customer
I am a 40 year Wells Fargo customer and do 100% of my banking with the branch in Sherman Oaks. I was in downtown LA today and needed extra cash above my ATM limit. I went to this branch for the withdrawal and service was fine. However, when I asked to use the restroom I was told there was not one. This was not a good answer for me. The person failed to tell me where there nearest restroom was located. I bring this to the attention of management because it is the little points that matter along with the big matters.

I was in this branch a few weeks back and left feeling like wow! Many banks now have the person greeting people when they enter the bank and I suppose a large part of their purpose is to track customers in order to expedite their branch visit. Often I find these people are unhelpful and insincere. On this occasion that I was in the branch a guy named Anthony Rodriquez helped me. He was not only helpful and courteous but sincere and professional as well, and his follow through was quite unusual considering how busy they were. That was very much appreciated. It was great to discover that there are still good people who provide good SINCERE customer services. Often the people who greet are annoying because they seem to be so perfunctory as if following a script or they are over the top like they are your long lost friend. It's not convincing.
Excellent customer service!! I lost my debit card and within a few minutes Anthony Rodriguez had cancelled my old card, ordered a new one, and gave me temporary replacement for the meanwhile. Friendly, efficient, and overall great experience! Thank you!
