    They deserve an JD Power award for terrible customer service and lack of knowledge. Do yourself a favor and go to the Pioneer Ave location, at least they have more than 1 employee over there. And although that store is also garbage, they're not as clueless.

    I walked in as it opened expecting to be there for 1-2 hours to get our phones set up on a plan with T-Mobile; however, Christian got us out in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this location for getting anything done in a timely manner.

    I would recommend this location to everyone. The store was full and Natalie was amazing. She was helping two customers at the same time. An asking customers what they needed and greeting every customer as the came in. If I could give Natalie 10 🌟stars I would.
