Despite being very busy, we were sat within twenty minutes. The server, forgot his name, was very friendly and helpful. We received our order in a timely fashion and had our drinks refilled quickly. Even our bottomless sides were quick to replenish. Overall great experience.
We were expecting a wait on Friday night but got lucky and sat down quickly. Our server Jesse was funny and personable. The drinks and food were delicious. We tried the Madlove and the Smoke & Pepper burgers. Both were tasty and super filling. I love their bottomless fries, but was so full from the burger I couldn't even eat any more! We didn't try it but they had a Scorpion burger that looked good if you like spicy!
Red Robin literally always hits the spot. What’s not to love about delicious burgers, unlimited fries, and cold beers? I got the limited time only bacon jam burger and would 1000% order again. Cooked and constructed perfectly and the staff were all super friendly and helpful! An all around great lunch.
OMG! It's been a while since I've been to Red Robin, but I will definitely not let so much time go by after this visit. Great service, food, and atmosphere. I had a BBQ whiskey chicken wrap with garlic fries and a side of onion rings. It really was one of the best meals I've had in quite some time.
Changed my 5 stars to 1. Their curbside/phone order is HORRIBLE. Ordered at 11:17am, was told it would be 10-15 min. It's 12:02, I've gone inside, asked about my order, paid, and told to go sit in the car and wait. Nothing, been 50 minutes now. Finally 3 calls and 15 more minutes of wait, got the manager. To say he was rude is a joke, he was nasty and hostile then hung up on me. This is how you lose multiple frequent customers during a work lunch. Permanently. We left having paid, wasted an hour, no food, just got anger & hostility.
