    So far so good. My three year old got a silver cap on her tooth with a cavity. Thanks to the dentist

    Although my children have used this dentist in the past and received decent care the staffing changes that have taken place over the past few years have drastically declined their patient services. Over the past 2 weeks we have dealt with multiple phone calls regarding my children appointments. They have had them booked on multiple different days and wrong departments which results in us receiving phone calls to confirm appointments that are not ours. I received yet another phone call today regarding another wrong appointment because they have her as a duplicate patient. At this point I am concerned about patient care. If office staff is short staffed and limited due to COVID (what I was told by staff) then is patient care also lacking. I asked to speak with the manager "Robert" he canceled my daughters appointment refused to be of additional help and would not give me his last name so I could follow up with the facility owner. Really disappointed at the current care as this used to be a good practice to take our kids to.

    Took my son in today and not only did they do his check up but they were able to save me multiple trips back by doing treatment on him while we were there...Dr. Mike is THE BEST so nice and absolutely amazing with kids...I would recommend this office to EVERYONE!!!

    Shout out to Dr. Cadelenia for fixing my smile. You can just tell when an MD is knowledgeable and respectful. I was impressed when you spoke to one of your staff privately to correct them and not shame them in front of patient's or other staff and how you trust them with their work. Shout out to Janelle the front desk who knows how to deliver customer service .
