    Doctor Montes has done more for me in the last year than my previous doctor has in five years. In just six months he was able to diagnose my health issue and put me on the road to recovery. He goes to lengths to educate me and help answer my questions. Although he has referred me to a GI doctor For follow up, I feel I have been in really good hands with Dr. Montes. I am forever great full. I also enjoy his witty sense of humor Additionally, I would like to recognize his assistant, Kimberly for all that she does. She is very professional and kind and is quick to ensure my prescriptions are approved and called into the pharmacy quickly. I have never had to follow up on her. She is very efficient. The front staff also does a great job. They are always helpful and sweet. The office is always clean.

    Doctor seemed nice, until mom had to ask him to fill out disability paper work and he responded with "you don't get it do you? , no, you just don't get it?" EXCUSE ME? BOY I TELL YOU ONE THING RIGHT NOW! SPEAK TO EVERYONE THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT SOMEONE TO SPEAK TO YOUR MOTHER! CAUSE THIS IS MY MOTHER HE SPOKE TO LIKE THAT. SHE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A WEEK AND WE ALMOST LOST HER. SHE HAS WORKED TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE HER WHOLE LIFE. HOW DARE YOU, A DOCTOR NONE THE LESS, MAKE HER FEEL LIKE SHE IS A NUISANCE BECAUSE YOU HAVE CRAMMED SO MANY APPOINTMENTS TOGETHER YOUR SO BUSY THAT SHE CANT ASK YOU SOMETHING SHE CANT ASK ANYONE ELSE! YOUR HER DOCTOR, YOUR THE ONLY ONE SHE ASK TO DO IT. SHE NEEDS MONEY JUST LIKE YOU DO TO SURVIVE, I THINK YOU OWE HER AN APOLOGY.
