    Had swine flu here a few years ago. They got me treated and out the door pretty quickly.

    I had the unfortunate need to visit their emergency room twice which both times resulted in multiple night stays in the hospital. The staff made it easy and comfortable. They are the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Genuine and professional, knowledgeable beyond the norm. The facility could use updating but the staff is top notch. This community is very fortunate to have this facility available!

    If I could give no stars that would be my selection. I have tried calling over and over at least 20x and have not reached anyone! There is only one number to call which is linked to all their extensions, calls are not answered so you cannot even enter an extension. This is not an isolated instance, everytime I call I cannot get through. This is a serious issue that needs to be resolved. The only hospital around and no one answers the ding dang phone! I am furious!!!!

    If a person, loved one, or family member is stuck with the need for skilled nursing or medical care in general... This is a top choice where I would want to be stuck. I visit an elderly friend here on a regular basis. Not one single time have I caught the odor of one who may have soiled themselves, not once. I've never ate there but their food always smells great. The staff goes beyond great and personable. Unlike other facilities these people (staff) aren't gathered in groups talking about their personal lives or complaining amungst them selves about clients or otherwise. Prior to my friends move to skilled nursing the hospital wing was also above average in every way. I commend management for their part of running a well ran right ship. And praise with much thanks for their (staff) commitment to doing a job that exceeds "well it's done". Employees are (appears) to be happy & nice. EXCLUDING THE TWO WOMEN WHO MADE IT A POINT TO TALK ABOUT ME LOUD ENOUGH WHILE IN PASSING SO I WOULD BE SURE TO HEAR, "dressed like that, he should have stayed at the lake"!!! It was a hot summer day and I had also been mountain bike riding. Other than the two soured late 20's aged women it's a really great place, true story!
