    The drive-thru employee Josh was so nice and friendly! Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I love that he took a moment to warmly say hello and have a genuine human interaction. I’ll be going out of my way to come to this particular Starbucks location in the future!

    Compared to other Starbucks I've visited, this one has one of the worst customer service I've received. Besides getting my drink wrong half the time or forgetting my pastry with my order, they are just not friendly at all. They don't seem to notice me at all, but if a coworker visits on their day off, they all smile and greet them from the moment they walk in. They also make me feel like I'm bothering them when they mess up my drink, as if I'm just complaining for no reason at all. And the last time I was in the drive-thru, the woman tried to make me feel dumb for ordering a drink exactly how I order it on the app. Worst customer service in Yuba City for sure.
