I get it you are understaffed but do you really have to put the rudest young lady at the register. Everyone that came in made comments about how rude she was. They have drastically decreased the items on their menu. No rolls, no beans just fries. Now don't get me wrong the food was really good but the service sucks. We were told 20 minutes so we waited, I told the lady we would wait inside. 20 minutes go by, 30 minutes go by. I try to get her attention and I get waved off. After 40 minutes I go up and ask how much longer. She says oh it ready, it's been ready. Well you did not call our name. She says I know. Next time we are headed to Buffalo wild wings.
The fries were very soggy and not cooked all the way had okay flavor but mostly flavorless. The garlic wings are full of flavor but were not cooked all the way. The hot normal ones were good. The customer service was horrible they ignored me while I was ordering and had made me wait 1 hour for my food after ordering.
I called in a order for a family of 3, when I got home which I live 25 minutes away and realized one of the orders was missing. Called the store and they told me they could remake the order that was missing or give me a credit for next time. I wanted to come back since this was our dinner but I asked if they could remake my order as well since by the time I would get back my dinner would be an hour and half old and she asked her district manager and they said no since they only messed up by not giving me all of my order. Very disappointed because of their mistake we were going to lose out!! I've worked both in the food industry and customer service and I feel the right thing to do was remake the order, it would of been win win for everyone but unfortunately they wouldn't. I'm very dissatisfied!!!
