DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR ACCOUNT HACKED INTO!!! Chase has racked up more than $560 from me in the span of 8 months. This bank is easy to hack into. If you care about your assets, please do not bank with chase.They WILL overcharge you. $5 a day to maintain an account. Don’t do it. You are better off elsewhere. I have called corporate multiple times about this issue and have even filed two police reports. She’s finally called me back after six months and when I told customer claims the problem, they simply hung up on me.
I like how Chase have it set up where even it's close and to use the atm after hours you need a Chase card to open the doors
They didn't have any ink to print checks and forced us to walk out of the bank with thousands in cash. What is the purpose of banking if they can't manage money properly? Tellers were unsympathetic and rude
I cannot stand where they put this new location. Horrible parking 2 handicap spaces, very tight parking and not enough spaces, long lines 1 teller. Another teller came about 20 minutes later. Gibson was much much better, in and out and adequate parking.
