State Theatre & Multiplex

We love this upgraded theater complex with adjustable barco lounger seating and food trays in all the auditoriums. Our grandson doesn't want to go to the movies anywhere else. It's a great place to be on a hot and smokey day. I like $5 Tuesdays and I like choosing our seating. The size of the seats makes social distancing very easy. Nothing better than laying comfortingly back, feet up, munching popcorn, soda in the cup holder, being entertained. Movie popcorn as always is the best. Buy a big bag and refill it on the way out to take home. They should sell it to people who only come to buy the movie popcorn. I've never been able to reproduce it at home! On a crowded day the service to buy tickets and popcorn can be slow, so get there early.

Went and saw Jungle cruise with the family. Movies was really good, snacks were on point and delicious and the staff was helpful and polite. The seating is perfect with lounge chairs. Highly recommend this place for a movie outing. Enjoy!

It was amazing. The movie was great and there were lots of empty seats. For it being a small showing, it was just right. There are two different showings: smaller showing, and the one with different seating options and bigger screens. I have yet to see the bigger one!

Great seating. Big chairs, phone chargers. Concessions are fully loaded lots of choices. Be patient, staff is working hard.

We drove 30 minutes to go watch a movie at this theater. We all were having a good day but when we walked in, straight away we got dirty looks from the lady who was supposed to print out our tickets. Then, because some of us were under 18, the lady said we could not watch the movie because we didn’t have our parents with us. We had a person who was older than 18 with us. We were under their care and our parents gave them permission to watch us. We tried to tell the lady that they were watching us and our parents knew, we said if we can call our parents to talk to her and let her know that it was okay but she kept saying no with an attitude. We had to refund our tickets and now we were irritated because of her. We didn’t want her to ruin our day so we decided to go to another theater, we went in and watched our movie without a problem there. I don’t know if she was just in a bad mood or new but she had no right to treat us badly and disrespectfully. If you are coming to this theater to watch a movie just be aware that if you have anyone with you under the age of 18, their parents HAVE to be with them. Before, I thought that you could watch any movie with a person older than 18 with you but here you can’t. I would recommend going to a different movie theater to not deal with any complications in watching a simple movie. Have a good day!
