Stopped for something cold to drink on the extremely hot and long drive from Portola Ca to Chico CA.(took this route because of road closures due to the Current Dixie Fire) pulling up there was a weird vibe just because of a couple "odd" gentleman out front. Lol But after going inside where the air conditioning was pumping and the sight of a deli area where we could order fresh made to order sandwiches, and pick up fresh cut salami and cheese for the remainder of our drive it definitely brought a smile to our faces. The costumer service wasn't anything to boast about, but the sandwiches were definitely something we will stop again for each time we pass through on the many family trips we take.. Could use a bit of a visual update outside, but all in all it was well worth the time to stop and check it out. ππ
Very nice owners and employees. Food is good but a bit costly, especially for a gas station. They are conveniently located and accommodating for locals. Like everywhere now, gas prices are ridiculously high.
Great store for grabbing drinks for the long drive home from camping. Friendly and great customer service
their burritos are amazing and they're tri-tip sandwiches also amazing
Good to see my buddies from live oak again. Great family that owns the store
