The staff was super friendly. I would definitely go again during happy hour. Some of our food came out late and the waitress gave is a discount.
Service was great! Kind and courteous. The Dirty Pub Tots need less BBQ sauce - too much sauce smothering the rest of the ingredients!
The service was good, wings were delicious only thing that was bad was two of our orders where wrong. But they were quick to fix the issue. I would say that for chicken wings the price for 4 people was over $120 so it is a little pricey.
I write this review understanding how overwhelmed service industry employees are these days, it can be difficult to manage your crowded section. I came for lunch around 1:30pm on Sunday, with maybe 4 tables seated. It took about 40 minutes (and two gentle reminders of “hey could I get a water please” and “is my water coming?”) to get an ice water. Then, of the four people seated, entrees came out staggered: first my friend’s cheesesteak, then 15 minutes later, my order (their “new” chicken sandwich), which was incorrect (they brought out a club chicken sandwich). Sure, mistakes happen, but when ordering, I pointed to the exact sandwich on the table side banner advertising it. When the correct sandwich came out, the fries were cold while the sandwich was piping hot. Not cooking a new batch of fries when cooking a sandwich is simply lazy. If orders can’t be combined before the fries are cold, you need to cook new fries (if you care about serving freshly cooked food). Needless to say, please visit a locally owned business instead.
Great food and customer service. However, it took 55 minutes from the time our server took our order to have the entree prepared and it's not even busy.
