    What back to the store repeatedly. They told us we need a new phone because of 4G Terry bought the new phone and it accidentally. Could not get our service back on. It's been three days now phone service. They make you wait while they were each customer service rep help spout for five people at a time simultaneously. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment.
