I went in for the second time and again I had a bad customer service with attitude... never had a problem with western union ....she was just being noisy wanting to know why I was coming more then twice to pick up money....she said her name was Shakira. There was a Asian girl too with a attitude problem. I feel for them because they don't enjoying there job. ..

This place is a joke.. Yes you OLIVIA!!!! from the time I walked in she gave me a dirty look. I have cashed the same checked for a couple years now she saw that in the computer. But she went on to question me, she was like why are u in this town then she's like, I can't cash over 500, I have to call my manager even still they would only cash one.. I was being discriminate the whole time I was there, it took me 45 mins to cash my check while others had no problem with cashing there's. I will he filing a discrimination claim against this OLIVIA!!!!!
When I cashed my first check there I was already in the system and the transaction was smooth. In & out in under 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and my rep was absolutely gorgeous. From now on, California Check Cashing, WOODland is where I'm cashing all my checks! Fine job...oh soo fine.
