Why don't you make a full service shelter out of that building for homeless family's and singles I'm sure you would be surprised at how many of those homeless people would help so they could feel safe and have a riof over there heads ..
The only downside to this cute little plaza is the large presence of homeless people in front of stores and wandering around the parking lot aimlessly. Aside from that, the papa murphys, Dutch bros, and liquor store in here are all good. Just walk past the 20 different people who will ask you for spare change every time you walk out of a store.
This little strip mall is ugly as hell but it hosts some of my favorite West-side services. The Man Cave Barber shop charges way too little for the quality work they do, so tip big. The Liquor Store here is the best in town with great prices and someone that clearly knows a lot about good booze. The Pupuseria is another gem in a long list of Woodland's south-of-the-border excellence. The landlord that owns this plaza needs to change the creepy and inappropriate name and invest in some infrastructure starting with sewer and drainage. Don't ask me how I know...
Buildings need to be updated very old and out dates and I don't mean old like 1900 hundreds. Run down needs a little TLC.
I love all the shops at this plaza. From dollar general to the Mexican restaurant at the other side
