I go here all the time but today was a different experience. The woman at the window was not very nice. She had this rude demeanor and wouldn’t even look at me when she handed the food over just said “here’s your food” and shut the window not even letting me ask for anything. she seemed disgusted that our hands touched when she passed the food over. Like sorry Karen you aren’t wearing gloves. Also, the chicken tasted old and wasnt warm. I looked at the chicken closer and it was grey (not like white vs. dark meat) like actually grey. It tasted bad and the texture was like rubber.
So tired of them not giving me any honey and butter for my biscuits . I just got home today with my KFC and literally had 1 honey and 1 butter and yes I do ask for Honey and butter but next time I will go inside and ask for the amount I need. KFC didn't use to bouguard the Honey and butter I wonder if this is just in Woodland I always get plenty of hot sauce and I don't even ask for it.
The food is usually great! I would've gave them 5 stars, but I don't like the pickles they changed in the chicken littles and they no longer have variety of choices for dips. I wish they'd bring the buffalo sauce back, it's what makes the chicken taste perfect!
I love them here. They know my order by my voice! I feel like they are my friends.
