Nothing worked. Poorly maintained equipment
EXTREMELY poor customer service. The only employees saving this store are those at the checkout registers. They are always super nice but god-forbid you have to call to check on a photo order submitted over a week ago. No one picks up the phone and those who do don't let you talk and say they'll transfer to someone who can help. They don't even know what i need... how do they know where to transfer me?? Absolutely ridiculous. This store is lucky there are no other competitive companies for miles otherwise they'd loose a ton of business. I am looking forward to moving and never having to go back.
Easy self service easy customer service. Competitive rstes. Super fast.
Walmart is the biggest place to get the worst customer service, if you can find a person.
The photo center opens at 9:00am nobody was around the instant print computers weren’t running now having to wait for 3 photos when it could’ve been done in 5 minutes. Not very happy
