Came in for a regular oil change. Took awhile but that's fine. I started to drive home and stopped for gas, lots of heat from engine bay. I check the oil and it's EMPTY. Tried to call and it just rings. So I take the chance and drive back. Lucky the motor didn't freeze up on the way. Turned out they cross threaded my oil filter so all the oil leaked out. This could have been so very much worse, they are lucky I didn't drive the 20 mile home as they would need to replace my motor. This is absolutely unexceptionable. Beware getting work here.
Shawn and a Robert were amazing. I hate being that person who comes in right before closing but it was my only option for my flat and living 2 hours away. They took care of it and made it happen with a smile on their face. Very polite and great at their jobs.
Not enough help. There was one elderly man that actually was giving good customer service but the line was very long. Please give more help at the auto department.
Customer in front of me treated like a child because she didn't know how to park her car properly. There were no cones no guidance the guy expected her to know how they like their cars place while waiting for a tire. Poor communication between front office and tire installers .tires installed wrong location on vehicle
I can't believe what I was told. I went in for 4 new tires and an oil change. Come back and they didn't do the oil oil change because the mechanic was noted as saying that there was no stickers to identify the type of oil to be used... that's right... thats what i was told.. It says it right on the oil fill cap.. other than that friendly service.
