I used to love this place, but recently I’ve felt like I’m jumping through hoops to be heard. I had to have my doctors office call and and they didn’t help either. I was told to come in to pick up my script on 6/17/21. This is after getting the run around about how my insurance is unwilling to pay more for my prescription. The person I spoke to said to go bank to my doc to have it switched. After reaching out to them, my doctors office explained Walgreens was of no help when they contacted to them. I brush it off, and take the script into them and a tech told me it would be ready hours later due to her being busy. Ok, great I understand and decided to wait. In between that time my insurance was denied. So I decided to pay out of pocket. The woman said to come by in 45 minutes, so I did. Turns out I can’t pick up my script until tomorrow and there’s nothing they’ll do. I tried to speak to the pharmacist but he wouldn’t even come up to the window to treat me like a human being. Apparently he just couldn’t t be bothered. I’m already dealing with so much, i have an illness that may be back and I’m terrified. Dealing with Walgreens brought me to my breaking point and I’m switching to a different pharmacy.o
