    Great service. Angie was very patient, showed my wife and I several rings for our wedding bands. In the end we found 2 BEAUTIFUL RINGS at a GREAT PRICE.

    I don't recommend spending your money here. I received one of the worst customer service ever here recently in July 2021. I even called the manager to communicate the service I received and the manager just made excuses for the employees behavior.

    Saturday 13, February 2021 There are many jewelry stores to buy rings and things, but Zales is my favorite for many years. Zales has been in business when I was a high school kid in the late 70's. Judy Westover was great in the Victorville store. Too bad, she has retired, but Michelle is doing a great job replacing Judy. Two thumbs up, Michelle.
