    Shopping is already limited in Victorville but you choose to have only one employee working at a time on the weekend -- AND she had a terrible attitude!! There had been a 'Lunch Break. Back in 30 Minutes' sign up for way longer than 30 minutes and the young lady was clearly in the store working and just didn't want to be bothered. Get it together LIDS!!!

    Laziest employee I have ever seen. 1 girl was busting her tail trying to keep up and the boy was acting like we were putting him out and taking away from his phone time to do his job. Won't be back there.

    Purchased some hats and had them embroidered. I gave them a file I've used a few times at other lids stores and the person tweaked it and it came out wrong. Usually at other lids, they just grab another hat and fix it. This one was like sorry we messed up, nothing we can do about it.
