    Felt like a great place to live in,plus i got too see an old friend & his family helped replace some burnt out power cable was very successful great job adrian Gutierrez love that family godbless

    There's nothing to write home about this place. The only attraction is the lake. There's a lot dirt bike riding inside and outside of the park throughout the day. Cars speeding down the streets of the park while blasting loud music. Kids playing at all hours of the night happens in the summer time and school holidays. And to top it all off the barking dogs. You can't walk to your own mail box, walk to the trash dumpster, or walk around the park without a dog barking it's head off warning you to stay away. Space rents are $$$$!

    This is just your average mobile home park with a lot of mobile homes in two different areas. They have a lake where you can fish but no swimming allowed because you wouldn't want to get in that dirty water anyway. They have two clubhouses and pools. The park is reasonably clean and the staff seem to be nice. This used to be an adult's only park on one side and a family park on the other but I believe they have now opened it all to families.
