    Scott and his team are amazing at the tax service they provide! Scott is a true professional! He is very knowledgeable when is comes to filing your taxes, has the answers to all of your questions, and will help you plan for the upcoming tax season.     Scott, Janet, and Maria are professional and excellent to work with. They are very personable and thorough. My wife and I have been going to Scott for 15+ years and will continue to, even though we now live 4+ hours away. Scott is extremely easy to talk to and work with. He is very knowledgeable with current, past, and future information pertaining to tax rules/regulations. I would highly recommend Scott and his staff for all of your tax needs.

    I am very impressed with Scott and his staff. Last year I used him for the first time to do my taxes. I found him to be highly knowledgeable, yet personable. I liked the fact that he completed my return during our appointment. He answered all my questions and was open with advice/ suggestions. This year I had an issue with the I.R.S. concerning a payment plan for several older tax years. My previous tax attorney had led me to believe that this arrangement was set in stone, provided I played by all the rules. I was quite upset when the I.R.S. decided to reevaluate me- for no reason at all! Scott handled my tax resolution case quickly and efficiently, with no hassles for me! At the same time he managed to reduce my monthly payment by $500! I highly recommend his services!

    We have been a client of Scott Penn's for a number of years (8 years) and we enjoy the whole experience from start to finish. When you enter the unassuming building for your appointment, and you are a little apprehensive the folks behind the front desk are so welcoming (Janet and Maria are the folks we have been meeting with) offering coffee or other beverage. Once you go into Scott's office it is all about you in the chair in front of him, and he goes through every step with you and asks the relevant question. If there is something you for got or are waiting on that's ok "we will put a hold on that", and letting the customer move along at our pace. We intend continuing to be a client of Scott and his awesome team.

    Scott is so great and knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process of my first year of filing on my own. Extremely patient and helpful! I love his office staff as well - everyone was so kind and also incredibly helpful to me in answering all of my questions.
