    The owner was away while we stayed 3 nights here but she was helpful in calling and organizing everything for us from Fiji (small nambas tour, cannibal site etc). We had Shila and her husband taking care of us while at the place, and she was super lovely, helpful and an amazing cook. Shared many stories and enjoyed dinners together. There isn’t much close by, the town is walking distance but other than that you’re bit in the middle of nowhere. Which is what we expected. There is a beach walking distance too but after some others we’ve been to, it wasn’t quite the same. Neither was snorkeling. But for anyone looking to meet and spend some time with locals and enjoy the nature, Malekula is the place to be! didnt see a single other tourist anywhere during our 3 day stay. And what you see in pics is what you get 😊
