    My friends and I stopped by to finally check out Gong Cha. They have a vast of great choices of flavours and other options of health drinks and then you may select your input of sugar levels.My friends and I were more distracted between the co workers conversation during our order’s, as if we wanted to know about their obstacles in their personal lives🤦🏻‍♀️😂! Besides that... the grape tea was refreshing and at a reasonable price and the the shop is clean. You will find car park off road or directly across the road there is a carpark available of your choice.

    Bad customer service. They prioritise meal delivery orders while walk in customers have to wait over 10 minutes for their drink. Meanwhile the deliver orders are just sitting there waiting to be collected because the driver has not arrived yet. Orders after me were getting collected first, went to see what the hold up was and saw that my drink was just sitting there, obviously ready but they were prioritising other orders instead.

    The fastest service ever, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes! Approx 2minutes and the drinks are already done! The staff are always smiling which is so welcoming and such a homey feeling! If you ask, they actually provide their recommendations when it comes to sweetness for the more complex drinks! To say they are good is an understatement! By far, my favourite Gong Cha Store!

    Quick in receiving the order but frustrating as the music was too loud to place the order. Same as the others, nothing special here. Tea was overly flavoured and pearls were just right.

    Go here around 4 times a week because the tea's are so good and refreshing. Service is always fast even when it's a little busy. Never got my order wrong and usually order 3 different tea combos with various jelly. Good work canley vale, prefer this place over the Bonnyrigg and Cabramatta branches as they tend to be way to sweet for me. Try the peach coconut jelly, the little stars are so cute and yummy A+
