    Worst customer service and incredibly unprofessional. I called up after a month to follow up on the status of a tax return and was provided with condescending responses. She was easily frustrated when I asked questions and started to yell and hang up multiple times instead of explaining things. Have never dealt with someone so rude and would not recommend her services.

    ATAX Australia at Canley Vale is excellent in tax areas for rental properties and Capital Gains Tax. I follow their plan when I buy investment property, so when I sold it recently, I do not have capital gains tax to pay. It is all tax free. Many thanks.
