    PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could Just for a little bit of context, it was my grandmothers 86th birthday and she is stuck in a nursing home due to lockdown. The only thing we can do for her is give her some flowers. All my cousins chipped in a little bit of money and I wanted to support a local business instead of a corporate flower delivery service. Oh how wrong I was! This was the only open place that was within my 5km radius. My grandmothers birthday is on Sunday so on Wednesday I found this business and called the mobile number listed on their website. I reached a man named Jack (I believe he is the owner) who I liaised with to organise some flowers to be picked up on Saturday afternoon. He was perfectly fine on the phone and spoke nicely. I sent a photo of what I was looking for and Jack assured me that he would be able to do it. He informed me it wouldn't be exactly the same but very similar which is understandable of course. I gave him my budget and told him that I would pick up the flowers Saturday afternoon. However, when I went to pick up the flowers this afternoon, Jack was nowhere to be seen. There was a woman at the shop who said she was his wife and Jack was apparently out doing deliveries. She was the most rude, horrible lady I have ever met. The bouquet wasn't made despite us setting a time to pick it up with Jack. The lady informed us it would only take her 5 minutes to create so I went to get some groceries in the meantime. I returned in 10 mins to find that she had created a horrible bunch of flowers that was filled with greenery and had maybe 6 actual flowers in it. This is not what I had asked for as the photo I had sent had more flowers and less greenery. Note that Jack previously said he would be able to do something similar in my budget. I voiced my concern with this lady who immediately became defensive and said this was a more expensive bouquet than what I was paying. It was not, this isn't my first time buying flowers. She said the nuts she'd included were very expensive. I told her I didn't want nuts, I wanted more flowers as my grandmother liked flowers. She pleaded with her to remake the bouquet with more flowers and she did not budge. Absolutely, rude and disgusting. Every time we asked to please include something, she would take the bouquet and toss it in the bin, refusing to give it to us. We eventually paid and took the flowers as we had no other option at this point. If another florist was open near us I would have never ever have paid for this bouquet. We got back to my car and decided to call Jack to voice my concern and feedback as he was the person I first organised this bouquet with. I was not intending to be rude but I was met with yelling. As I told him how disappointed I was in my bouquet, he yelled and told me that I was wrong and he also said that he knew what my face looked like and to never return to his store. He said this a number of times while yelling other obscenities. I had to cut off the phone because I didn't like being yelled at like that. After this experience, I would love to go to Fair Trading but knowing the attitude of both Jack and his wife, I'm sure they won't even respond to negotiating. I will attach 2 photos. The first being the inspiration photo I sent to Jack and the bouquet we got. TLDR; NEVER SHOP HERE!!! RUDE STAFF AND HORRIBLE QUALITY OF FLOWERS

    I bought a beautiful bouquet of yellow roses for $90 which I thought was a good price as they have lasted so long. One pic is the day of buying them & the other pic is over a week later.. without even changing the water! I will definitely be back.

    Don't order online in hope that you are supporting local. I did just that as was sending flowers to a store WITHIN the same mall. Only after ordering am I informed they are part of the ‘Petals Network’. Long story short – Colour on Stem refused the job, new florist delivered after store was shut, now up for a redelivery fee, which was a surprise to me considering I had thought I was buying from the store literally next door to where I was sending it to.

    Great local florist! Beautiful flowers and arrangements. They also sell baskets, teddies and cards! Friendly staff!

    Much nicer to have affordable flowers than air freshener. You can do that by shopping here for your fragrant flowers.
