Hello Removals Sydney

Had a terrible experience with these removalists, called in and made an appointment no issues told them the details of what we wanted to move how many items there were and the time we would like to move. We expected them to come at 10am then the wait time moved from 10-12pm then they finally came at 2pm. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Then they did not remove any of our furniture and complained that it was heavy and that there were issues. On the phone consultation none of the issues were mentioned it was clear over the phone that they could provide the services that we agreed to. They did not deliver and on top of that they were late and did not apologise or meet us halfway with fixing the problem. Would not reccomend this company to any person AT ALL. Look somewhere else!

We contacted this removal company late on Friday night as we had been stuffed around by another. The team were amazing! Without hesitation he offered us a spot at 9 am Saturday (as we had to move by this day). They were friendly, professional, fast and efficient. Would highly recommend you giving them your business! I will definitely be referring to everyone I know! Thank you so so much!!

Hello Removals Sydney was referred to me by my brother. I called them and easily got a reasonable quote. The movers arrived early and started packing up my belongings. They loaded everything onto the van very carefully. The delivery was made on time. Nothing broke or got damaged on the way. In the end, I realized that this move was just too easy. I only have the crew to thank for it.

Hello Removals did an amazing job with our relocation. They were very pleasant and accommodating of our needs and were thoroughly professional with the handling of our items, especially the bulkier pieces. They faced some challenges with our staircase but worked it out and brought many big and heavy items up without any damage to our walls. It is amazing how much BELONGINGS you accumulate over the years, and how attached you get to that belongings! I was a little hesitant about trusting this company to safely transport all of the valuables across state lines, but they far surpassed my expectations. They showed up on time, were super polite and efficient, safely transported everything without damaging a single item, and even came back the next day after the move to help us rearrange some heavy furniture (at no extra charge).
